Consultation

Every renovation project is unique. Our process starts with an initial consultation where we take time to understand your goals and priorities. This conversation helps ensure we are a good fit and fully aligned to deliver the results you expect.

Pre-Construction Services

Once we confirm we are aligned, we begin developing a personalized strategic plan through our pre construction services. These services may include:

Identifying and coordinating with key professionals such as architects and designers.

Site evaluation and assistance with any necessary permits or approvals.

Defining the scope of work.

Establishing a project budget.

Creating blueprints.

Providing a detailed project estimate packet.

Construction

This is where your vision becomes reality. Once the contract is signed, we handle all permits and product sourcing, then begin the construction phase. We start with a team meeting to align expectations, review the project plan, and set the stage for a smooth and personalized building experience.
